Posisi Lowongan Kerja Rohto Indonesia:
1. Admin Marketing Intern
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Rohto online local store: provide support and review proposal programs from the branch
- Input approved programs into Microsoft Excel and generate reports
- Handle other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent qualification from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Strong communication skills, adaptable, and a fast learner
- Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy
- Detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Willingness to commit to a full-time internship (Monday-Friday) for 2 Months
- Placement in Head Office Jakarta
2. Purchasing Staff
Responsibilities:
- Create Purchase Orders and issue them to suppliers
- Monitor the delivery of purchased materials
- Resolve any problems with delivered materials
- Provide support and follow-up for payments
- Manage and maintain documents required for purchasing (e.g., contracts, Sistem Jaminan Halal, etc.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to purchasing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Pharmacy from a reputable university
- Minimum 1,5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of the purchasing process, from receiving a Purchase Request (PR) to issuing a Purchase Order (PO)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with a positive attitude, trustworthiness, and integrity
- Capability to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

3. Marketing Supervisor (Manado)
Responsibilities:
- Mencapai target sales yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan dengan melakukan penjualan produk customer health care
- Mengelola dan mengembangkan hubungan baik dengan para distributor & pelanggan
- Merencanakan dan menjalankan program promosi serta event di traditional outlet dan toko kosmentik
Qualifications:
- Pendidikan minimum D3 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman di distribusi/ consumer product/ OTC minimal 2 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman berhubungan dengan grosir/toko
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai outlet modern dan traditional
- Area penempatan Manado
4. Medical Device Quality Control Staff
Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the inspection process of medical devices in the cleanroom to the applicable standard
- Manage and control personnel hygiene and cleanroom monitoring
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Apothecary with a GPA of 3.00
- Preferably at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Normal eyes are preferable (not astigmatism, myopia, or hyperopia)

5. PPIC Staff
Responsibilities:
- Manage the demand for medical devices category from domestic and international market
- Maintain order fulfillment according to demand both quantity and time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, MIPA, or Management with a GPA of 3.00
- Preferably at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Understand the basics of PPIC and Supply Chain Management
- Placement in Padalarang, Bandung
6. E-Commerce Staff
Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Manage the search Rohto online store locally: Build and monitor sales through optimization of marketing spend, promotions, and new product
- Provide insights on customer shopping trends
- Collaborate with the digital team, brand, distributor, enabler, and branches team to ensure brand guidelines are followed in marketing collateral across different marketing channels
- Provide sales analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in computer literacy and understanding of essential web technologies

7. Medical Representative (Semarang Area)
Responsibilities:
- Conveying product information and highlighting specific indications’ benefits to healthcare professionals, particularly doctors.
- Promote and sell skincare and ophthalmology products to doctors and relevant institutions, including hospitals and dermatology clinics
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a medical representative in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and sales skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- English skill is an advantage
- Proficient in computer literacy
8. Employee Relation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Managing programs & activities related to building positive relationships to create harmonious relationships and engagement between the company and employees, academics, communities, and other social organizations
- Coordinating with various parties, both internal and external related to employee relation activities, settlement of regulatory enforcement and industrial relations issues
- Carry out employee administration such as BPJS, resignation, retired employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a reputable university and minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 4 years experience working in the same position
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies involving employee relations policies
- Understand BPJS Regulation & Administration
- Good knowledge of Labour regulation

Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with local modern outlets, branches, and distributors
- Create and develop promotion plan activities in local modern outlets
- Ensure that every promotion activity in retail aligns with the marketing plan/promotion plan
- Evaluate promotion activities in local modern outlets.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of active SKUs and must-have SKUs in local modern outlets
- Monitor and review competitors’ promotion and display activities
- Approve branch promotion proposals through the system on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Key Account, preferably in a Pharmaceutical/Consumer Product Company, with expertise in developing and managing local modern trade channels (retail/outlets/distributors)

11. Product Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop skin care product concept/marketing strategies to achieve sales targets of assigned products within the framework of business objectives (such as brand awareness, marketing activity, and digital marketing)
- Build and lead marketing programs that consist of experiences, sponsorship, or promotions to support products/brands, including community programs, loyalty programs, sampling and promotions, and advertising campaigns in all types of media for all categories
- Establish new product planning with the product division head to ensure effective pre-marketing prior to the launch
- Propose pricing for new products or price adjustment for existing products to maximize sales and gross profit
- Monitor competitive product promotion and recommend specific measures and actions to counter competitive activity
- Regularly communicate core product messages to the sales team, ensuring that marketing programs are effectively implemented in the field by the sales team
- Build and maintain a good relationship with KOL to get support brand image and awareness
- Extensive collaboration with cross-division areas including R&D, Regulatory, PPIC, Purchasing, etc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Medical with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- Minimum 1,5 years of relevant work experience in the Pharmacy industry
- Strong knowledge of Product & Brand Development, Planning & Strategy, Market Research, Promotion (ATL & BTL), Brand Communication, and Digital Marketing
- Understanding of product and process development and ability to follow New Product Development processes
- Possess good communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills

12. Brand Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing plan
- Develop packaging materials, including packaging products and packaging test results

- Provide the sales team with the necessary product knowledge and point-of-sale materials (POSM) to enable them to sell the product
- Create awareness in every branch
