Job Description:

• Develop and manage customer loyalty programs.
• Developing a loyalty system that is integrated with its support systems.
• Plan & make purchases of various benefits for the customer loyalty program.
• Preparing budget planning and monitoring customer loyalty spending.
• Managing various customer loyalty benefit providers.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints related to the loyalty program.

Qualification:

• Ability to use customer analysis tools.
• High knowledge of customer loyalty & engagement, especially in the Multi-finance industry.
• Have good interpersonal communication & presentation skills.
• Have an analytical and thorough mindset.

Educational Requirement:

• Candidates must at least possess a bachelor’s degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3,00.

Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in the Customer Experience/Loyalty field.
• Customer Relationship Management Advance
• Customer Engagement Advance

Job Description:

• Support project implementation and governance.
• Perform business and process analysis.
• Make a project progress report.
• Manage risks and issues that arise in the project.
• Provide internal coaching/mentoring for the Junior Transformation Project officer.

Qualification:

• Understands the operational and acquisition processes of the financial industry.
• Have an analytical, thorough and creative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Skilled in using Visio, Microsoft Project and Trello would be a plus point.
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal communication with both internal and external parties.

Educational Requirement:

• Candidates must at least possess a bachelor’s degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3,00.

Work Experience:

• At least 6 years of experience in the project management field.
• Experience in agile methodology project management.
• Candidates with experience in multi-finance industry would be preferred.
