Job Description :

• Learn each department’ s work processes  (R&T, Marketing and Sales) by rotating between departments with focus on R&T Application​
• Learn from experienced colleagues across the region to acquire knowledges on Chemistry and Technology of Personal Care and Cosmetics products​
• Learn about the Personal Care and Cosmetics market, Personal Care and Cosmetics ingredients business and competition landscape ​
• Contribute towards transfer of technical knowledge and learnings into business relevant applications​
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver results timely​
• Maintain  records and documentation related to training programs, projects and other responsibilities​
• Provide support as needed  in various departments, with focus on  technical support for both internal and external shareholders​
• Support in developing promotional tools/materials and marketing activities such as seminars, ongoing promotions, exhibitions, etc.

Requirements :

• Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or a related field.​
• GPA min 3.20 for Bachelor degree and 3.50 for Master degree (on scale 4.00)​
• Having a strong interest in research and development and willing to work in laboratory environment​
• Available for 24 months duration on full-time program​
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems by using data to connect multiple ideas and develop solutions​
• Strong ownership and self-leadership skills to understand the responsibilities​
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good interpersonal skills and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds​
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills with a proactive and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment​
• Effective oral and written communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English ​
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).​
• Experience in Personal Care and Cosmetics industry will be advantageous
