CORE PURPOSE:

• Responsible for assisting the Operational Maintenance Associate Manager in conducting the preventive and corrective maintenance work on Campus with a focus on civil works maintenance to support the operational and project-base activities on campus to run smoothly with minimum interruptions caused by dysfunctions of facilities or faulty equipment, and ensuring all activities are in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) including the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• This includes ensuring work schedules are carried out on time and all school facilities and equipment are functioning at all times, setting goals for performance and deadlines in line with the organisation’s plans, organising tasks and ensuring that technicians understand their duties, and monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance work in high rise buildings / hotels / factories / International schools.
• Strong technical knowledge for maintenance management, especially the civil works maintenance and managing complaints / requests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English skills both oral and written, strong analytical capability, organisational and planning skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, as well as in AutoCAD and Basic MS Project.

CORE PURPOSE:

• Supervise the implementation and operational works of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) of all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) in BSJ to ensure the facilities are well maintained to minimise interruptions due to MEP troubles, and to maintain the quality of works in accordance with the current SOP in Maintenance as well as the health and safety standards. The corrective maintenance includes handling all requests and complaints in the area of MEP works on BSJ campus.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / S1 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance work in high rise buildings / hotels / factories / International schools.
• Strong technical and operation knowledge for buildings equipment maintenance, especially the Operations of  Civil Building – MEP and managing complaints / requests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good proficiency in English skills both oral and written.
• Strong analytical capability.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Strong leadership capability to lead a team of technicians, internal vendors & external vendors.
• Able to work competently independently and as a team.
• Agile and adaptive to change.

Lowongan Kerja British School Jakarta (BSJ) – British School Jakarta (BSJ) adalah sebuah sekolah independen di Pondok Aren, Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. British School Jakarta adalah anggota internasional dari Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference (HMC).

Sekolah ini didirikan di Jakarta tahun 1973 di bawah perlindungan kedutaan besar Britania Raya. Kampus utamanya dipindahkan ke Bintaro pada tahun 1994 untuk mengakomodasi jumlah siswa yang terus bertambah. Sebuah kampus prasekolah dibuka di Pondok Indah pada tahun 1999.

Sekolah ini menawarkan kelas untuk siswa dari masa prasekolah hingga kelas 13 sesuai kurikulum Britania Raya. Dua tahun terakhirnya dipakai untuk program diploma International Baccalaureate.
